Telecommunications Verification

NYCE has been accredited by EMA to operate as a Telecommunications Verification Unit so that it is able to give an opinion based on the following documents:

This Standard specifies the generic structured cabling in buildings, which may include one or more buildings in groups (i.e., Universities, a group of commercial buildings, industrial areas, etc.; all of them belonging to the same name), comprising balanced cabling and optical fiber cabling. This Standard supports the optimization of telecommunications infrastructure in buildings where telecommunication services can be distributed to a maximum distance of 2000 meter. The principles of this rule may also apply to larger facilities.

The cabling defined on this standard supports a wide range of services, including voice, data, text, image and video.

The safety requirements (electrical and protective, fire, etc.) and electromagnetic compatibility (CEM) are beyond the scope of this standard.

According to this protocol, different telecommunication products can be considered as products that not produce radiation exceeding the corresponding limits, such as IT equipment, internal combustion engines, industrial equipment, scientific and medical equipment, ballasts, machines and tools, household appliances, etc., as established in the standards that can be considered by the UVT (Mexican [NMX] and International Standards). Also, it can be considered that those products have a proper electromagnetic immunity for not receiving interference of similar or radio-communication equipment.

Considering that it is important for your company to win a bid, we invite you to know this section, which will be helpful for you to get your certificate of conformance.
