If you are a manufacturer, importer or vendor of chocolate, you are able to get the Conformity Certification according to NOM-186-SSA1/SCFI-2002, Clause 12.2, "Products and services. Cacao, products and by-product. I Cacao. II Chocolate. III By-product. Health Specifications. Trade Designation" ("Productos y servicios. Cacao, productos y derivados. I Cacao. II Chocolate. III Derivados. Especificaciones sanitarias. Denominación Comercial"), as well as its modification on June 5th, 2009.
